Contact QuickTools

One person reads everything sent here, and every message gets a reply — usually within two business days, occasionally longer if something needs verifying before we answer.

Email

hello@myquicktools.io

There is no contact form and no live chat. A form would mean collecting and storing your message on a server, which is the opposite of how the rest of this site works — so we use plain email, which you already control.

What to write about

A tool is broken or gives the wrong answer

This is the one we want to hear about most. Tell us which tool, what you put in, what you got out, and what you expected instead. If it involves a file, describe it — the format, roughly how big, where it came from — but please do not attach it. Our tools are built so your files never reach us, and we would rather keep it that way. Which browser and device you were using helps more than almost anything else.

A financial calculator is out of date

Canadian tax brackets, CMHC premium bands, contribution limits and stress-test rules all change, sometimes mid-year. If you have spotted a figure we have not caught up with, send the source — a CRA page, an OSFI bulletin, a lender’s published rate sheet — and we will correct it and note the change on the page.

You want a tool that does not exist yet

Requests genuinely shape what gets built next. Tell us what you are trying to do rather than what feature you think you need — we can often solve the underlying problem with something simpler. If you are currently paying for a tool that ought to be free and run in a browser, we especially want to know.

Privacy, data, or a rights request

We hold almost nothing about you — there are no accounts and no user database. If you want to exercise a right of access, correction, deletion or objection, or you have a question about how the site handles data, email us and we will respond within 30 days. The details are in our Privacy Policy.

Advertising, sponsorship or press

The site is funded by display advertising and by affiliate commissions on some of the financial calculators, both of which are disclosed in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. We do not sell links, publish sponsored posts, or accept paid placements inside tool results. Everything else is worth asking about.

What we cannot help with

We cannot recover a file you have already closed the tab on — nothing is stored, so there is nothing to retrieve. We cannot give financial, tax, mortgage or legal advice; the calculators are estimates to help you think, and a real decision needs a qualified professional who knows your situation. And we cannot unlock, decrypt or remove protection from a document you do not own.
